Baby food for weight gain 6-9months

Take 4 Almonds, 4 cashews, 8Raisins and 3-4 dates . Wash and soak them in water for 6-7hours. After 6 hours remove seeds from dates and peel off the almonds and keep them aside. Now on another bowl take 3/4th cup of flattened rice. Wash and soak it for 10minutes.

Now mix all the ingredients with water and grind them properly in the mixture grinder. Now take a pan, pour half cup milk and bring it to a boil. Then add the mixture in the milk and mix properly. Bring it to the boil and it’s ready to serve.

Serve it to your babies for good health, Bones strength and healthy weight gain.
